Each store or game sets its own blocking and unlock rules, so VamosPago cannot unlock the account on their behalf.

VamosPago receives the payment and notifies the store when it is approved so the store can deliver the product.

If the order is already approved, contact the store directly about delivery. VamosPago does not ship or fulfill products.

Many approval issues can be avoided by entering a valid email address when you pay.

If the email on the store page is wrong or inaccessible, you will miss order updates, payment details, and any follow-up from the payment institution.

Some payment methods require the institution to confirm details by email. Without access to that inbox, the order can be cancelled.

Also confirm you are on the correct store page, signed in to the right account, and that the order details are accurate before you pay.

Purchase approval cannot be advanced manually. For Express Deposit, approval depends on submitting proof through the link in the order email.
