The legal entity responsible for providing a particular service depends on the product, market, and applicable service arrangement. The relevant service providers and applicable terms are identified in the merchant agreement and onboarding documentation before the service is activated.

Market Availability
Services are subject to availability and applicable requirements in each market. References to a country, currency, payment method, bank, or payment network describe service availability or technical coverage and do not, by themselves, indicate that VamosPago or any related entity holds regulatory authorization in that jurisdiction.
Local Entities and Partners
Depending on the service and market, payment services may be provided through local VamosPago entities, licensed financial institutions, acquiring banks, payment institutions, payment networks, or other regulated partners.
The applicable service agreement identifies the relevant service providers and their respective roles. Where a partner provides a regulated service, it does so within the scope of its applicable authorization. VamosPago and its partners remain responsible for their respective obligations under applicable law and the relevant agreement.
Security Certifications
Technical or security certifications, including PCI DSS documentation where applicable, are not financial services licenses. Information about security controls and certifications is available on our Security page.
Service Availability
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide a regulated service where the relevant provider does not hold the required authorization or where applicable legal requirements have not been satisfied.
